Microsoft Integration into Clinic

We are a veterinary clinic with 30 staff. We would like to integrate Microsoft into our daily scheduling. All users currently have Microsoft 365 accounts. We would like assistance customizing the Calendar system through Teams and Outlook when scheduling veterinarians and technicians. Most of our appointments are on site at farms across the area. Currently we use Google calendars because we can use pins for locations. We would like to create something similar and consolidate more of our applications with Microsoft. This needs to be an efficient process where clients call in and request a veterinarian and the receptionist can schedule the veterinarian and notify them of the appointment and pin the location with some notes pertaining the appointment.

With the right person, we have additional projects integrating Microsoft Teams and SharePoint within our organization.
