Microsoft Forms/Sharepoint/Power Automate - Internal Inventory/Shopping Cart/Reservations

I am looking to build a platform/simple shopping inventory and cart using Microsoft Forms/Sharepoint/Power Automate, where an IT team can maintain an inventory of items that are available (with various fields like reference, description, quantity), and our internal staff can access this 'online shop' and see what inventory is available and make a request/reservation for an item in the inventory.
No payment for these 'purchases'/ reservations will be taken, so no requirement for a payment processing feature.
Some items are to be restricted to only one reservation/request per user.
A notification should be sent to the IT team each time a request/reservation is sent, detailing the request e.g. who requested which items from the inventory.
The system should also send a confirmation email of the request/reservation to the internal staff member requesting and finally send a response when IT have approved or rejected it.
This does not have to be a complex system at all - it needs to be maintainable/reusable for more inventory as it arises, and the IT team should be able to view some level of simple report (even a list) of requests/who they came from.
This will be built in a sandbox environment, so you will need to demonstrate to me how the build/deployment is done, for me to deploy in production - this is for security reasons.
