Meeting Calendar with the ability to create the actions (tasks)

I want to enhance the customer experience of SharePoint Site user to be able to manage the meeting calendar professionally and have the ability to create new tasks (action points as a result of the meeting ) from within the meeting form

Please do the needful for the task list, events
then reflect the results on template page (SharePoint Project Template) tat linked to events list and tasks list and issue list

The lists need to be formatted and colored according to the following details

the meetings items happened in the past will be displayed in Light Red
The upcoming meetings will be displayed in light green
2 more views will be created to classify the meetings according to
a) the TTD user name
b) the meeting Agenda



The tasks list will be formatted to give different color according to the status according to the following template (shown in the attachment) and details found in the this link

I need three viewes of tasks lists
1) task list grouped by task owner
2) task list grouped by status
3) task list grouped by Meeting_Reference (Meeting) in the tasks list (available in my site)

the duration of this project should not exceed 2 days after awarding the project
