Intranet with Sharepoint DMS

I am looking for a Sharepoint developer who can build a MS Sharepoint based intranet portal to be used as a DMS (Document Management System). We have Office 365 with the organisation.
The idea is to build a basic DMS portal with org specific customiations (logo, colours etc.).

Please mention per hour (or per day) cost as well.
