Internal Company SharePoint Intranet Development
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 AUD
We're embarking on an exciting project to build an internal SharePoint (SP) Intranet site for our company. This platform will primarily enhance collaboration and communication across all levels of the organization.
Key features of the Intranet site will include:
• Minchin Moore Team - staff bios/photos with a search by staff member name, or search by team
• Team events – dates for upcoming team events and details of the event
• Insights catalogue – list of articles and videos we’ve sent previously, categorised in a useful way
• Minchin Moore News – promotions, milestones, financial updates, etc
• Client Ready Slides – catalogue of slide packs that we use with clients
• Brand Assets – access to our brand collateral. Letterhead, Power Point template, Memo, Logos, etc
• Our Culture – info about our culture and access to our culture toolkit.
Policies & Procedures
This project is designed for universal accessibility, with all employees being the main users of the site.
We'd like it to be managed internally for day to day updates so a user friendly backend would be ideal.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency with SharePoint and Intranet site development.
- Experience in designing user-friendly, accessible platforms for diverse user groups.
- Strong understanding of collaboration and communication tools.
