Help set up our Office 365/IT system
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
I need someone to help me with the following related to Office 365
1. Set up a central OneDrive/Sharepoint drive (essentially the cloud equivalent of a central company hard drive) that will appear as a drive on each employees computer with certain sections of the drive visible to everyone and certain sections limited to approved staff IE. a finance folder only available to finance staff, HR/Payroll only available to me and the HR/Payroll employee, etc
2. Ability to temporarily or permenantly share folders/files with external people (not part of our domain)
3. Help me find a way to create a central scan folder that all employees have access to and then configure our printer (Samsung SL-X7600GX) to automatically scan to that folder
4. Set up VPN access to our network (all our network infrastructure is Ubiquiti Unifi)
There will be ongoing IT support required so this is just the beginning. Basically I just need an Office 365/Sharepoint/UniFi expert.
