Help required building Excel & Airtable into low code web app.

Hello,
We are looking to convert some excel spreadsheets into web apps behind a user login. The excel sheets are largely complete, and backend database is complete in Airtable.
Firstly, we are looking for advice on which of the following (or others) to use for our use-case: a small team, plus say 1000+ end customer users. An ability to EASILY take (or exactly copy) visual and formula design already done in excel is critical:
Sofr, CodeOnTime, Quixy, AppSheets, Sharepoint, Adolo etc.
Secondly, and ideally, the same person would then proceed with the project immedaitely.
We would like a brief initial hello to gauge the match, and are happy to then pay for a thorough initial consultation to better describe and understand the mutual requirements provided.
