New SharePoint with automation, MS Forms and alerts, for use by 25 employees all with MS365 licences, initially including patient coordinators and clinicians
For the patient journey, which wis standard as this is a standardised procedure, there are 28 documents in various formats including scans (STL format) – we propose 21 SharePoint files for these
There are 14 forms, with a dedicated file for each one, the most complex one is triage to be completed by the patient coordinators. 36 questions
