Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Migration
Budget: $1,000 – $10,000 USD
We are looking for an experienced Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration specialist to help us migrate 23 accounts and fully transition away from Google Workspace, including domain inputs for the change. Additionally, we need 2 other domain accounts correctly set up in Microsoft 365. Once the migration is complete, we will abandon Google Workspace entirely.
Scope of Work
Migration Tasks:
✅ Migrate emails, calendars, and contacts for 23 accounts
✅ Transfer Google Drive files (individual and shared drives) to OneDrive/SharePoint
✅ Ensure folder structures and permissions are properly replicated in Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 Setup & Configuration:
✅ Configure email aliases and forwarding rules
✅ Set up folder structures and document organization in OneDrive/SharePoint
✅ Properly arrange shared drives and permissions to maintain collaboration efficiency
✅ Fully configure 2 additional domain accounts within Microsoft 365
✅ Ensure domain inputs are correctly adjusted for a complete transition away from Google Workspace
Post-Migration Support & Training:
✅ Provide team training sessions on how to use Microsoft 365 effectively
✅ Offer post-migration troubleshooting for any issues
✅ Ensure smooth adoption of the new system by assisting with common user concerns
