Form using Microsoft Approvals + Sharepoint list, power automate
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
Hi, I have short Microsoft Form called "Damages Claim" it's used for a customer to fill out a product issue. I would someone experience with Microsoft Power automate/Flow Multi approvals. Pull all info into a share-point list (currently doing this form the form responses)
As part of the form there are three radio buttons for the customer to select .
(damaged on arrival) (sent the incorrect product) (structural problem)
Depending on the option selected will determine the flow and who will be involved. for example. If the customer selects (damage on arrival) I would like the flow to ask store manager 3 questions (as in 3x comment text boxes) and update the Sharepoint list and trigger responses from warehouse and inventory person.
Ask the warehouse if we have stock available Yes / No / Soon and comment and update the Sharepoint list
so on.
Perhaps trigger a Microsoft planner task.
If possible I'd like to get a progress bar
I can provide a detailed list of exactly what steps need to be taken
I think this project would be suitable for someone who is able to make suggestions and advise on how to complete with knowledge of Power automate
