Fix few bugs on a Power Automate flow that sends automated emails

The aim of this project is to fix few bugs on an automated flow on Power Automate we have already set up.
We have built an automated process/flow with Power Automate that sends satisfaction surveys to our customers, by gathering the necessary information from a list on SharePoint Online.
The bugs we want to fix are:
1) Apparently, the flow stops after sending the emails to the first 100 clients, and doesn’t send emails to the others (we have the need to send approximately 300 emails)
2) We used a “When an item is created or modified” trigger to automatically update an item in the SharePoint list we get our data from, but once the flow starts, it is trapped in an infinite loop, and it never ends.
