Fix a SharePoint list

I have a SharePoint list that is used by a team.
This list has many columns.
One of the columns is a choice column and another column is a date column.
What needs to be fixed is the following:
1. If a specific selection from the choice column is selected, the date column becomes mandatory.
2. There is a text column that contains phone number. I need to restrict spaces when entering phone number (Ex: you cannot enter 04x xxx xxx. Instead you enter 04xxxxxxx)
