Extranet Portal
Budget: £5 – £10 GBP
I would like to have a portal created, its an approval portal which if you are not in a specific AD group it brings you to a creation page which requires approval. If you are in the AD group, you see a separate view with shows requests and from here you can approve them.
It will be an internal portal only. The idea is that a user goes to the portal and enters specific information for instance name of the Extranet and enters users details Firstname, Lastname, Email etc then select if the Extranet is already created (For those that require additions) once the approval is given, the site goes then and creates an AD OU object and populates the members from the portal request. At each stage there will be an email sent either to the requester or the members (dependant on the stage).
I may even at the end get a part that creates a Sharepoint Site for each specific Extranet but that will come later.
