Key Responsibilities:
Custom SharePoint Sites Creation: For each client, design and set up a dedicated SharePoint website where all relevant documents can be stored and accessed.
Workflow Management: Implement a system within SharePoint to provide an overview of work processes, detailing tasks that need to be done and those that have been completed.
Note-taking Feature: Incorporate a section within each client's SharePoint site where notes regarding client interactions, updates, and other relevant information can be jotted down.
While the above are my immediate needs, I am certain there are many more functionalities and optimizations that can be explored. I am open to suggestions and would appreciate your expertise in enhancing the system further.
In the future, I am also interested in hiring someone on a continuous basis to maintain, develop, and ensure the smooth operation of my technical systems. If you could provide an estimated cost for ongoing maintenance and development, it would be highly beneficial.
