We want to build "Evaluation Template for Employee" as a component of PMS ( Performance Management System ) for HR department.
This evaluation template includes various components such as self-performance, team performance, second line development, contribution to division department and organization, and learning and development. We want to use this template in half-yearly review process from April to September and October to March. The template includes factors like quantitative results, meeting targets, initiatives taken, and experiences with internal and external customers. Vishhal also mentioned that the evaluation focuses on learning culture, performance, and contribution to the team, department, and organization.
We have excel form to do this all process and being share to each employee. It is quite time consuming and tedious work in consolidation.
We want ot standaritise and simplify the process and making it automated on SharePoint.
