Excel/Power Query/data analyst type needed

I'm working with a client organization on an ERP implementation and we're using Microsoft PWA (Project Web App aka Project Server cloud). I need a solid data analytics person that can create an Excel file connected via Odata connection to the client's PWA to be able to display the tasks scheduled for each assigned resource in the project on a "rolling 3 week window". In other words, it would show the tasks in the schedule for each resource (meaning it needs to pick up the context of each user and filter accordingly) for the week prior to whatever the current week is, plus the current week, plus 1 week ahead. That would then need to be published to the PWA SharePoint site.
You will need to examine the PWA data structures and relationships (appears to me to be 2nd/MAYBE 3rd degree normalized) to determine how to construct.
The end result should be somewhat similar to what MS does OOTB with the Tasks pane (the "My Assignments" view to be specific) with the "In progress for current period", "near future" and "distant future" groupings, but going back one week so they can see anything that they didn't get to, and then current week and 1 week future.
