Equipment Check-in/out System in Power Apps

I'm looking for a simple yet effective system built in Power Apps and SharePoint to manage tracking of our equipment. This system will be used solely by our internal employees and should allow for checking equipment in and out, with the added functionality of viewing the history of each asset.

Key Requirements:
