Enterprise Sharepoint

We are a growing healthcare Corporation with several locations and we need a sharepoint setup that can accommodate a corporate portal and site specific sites for the clinics. Looking for someone with experience in designing and deploying something like this. We would like the clinics to interact with this site and each other using Teams so teams experience is a must. For locations we would like a template developed so our internal IT can deploy after development is complete
