Enhance SharePoint List with Power Notes

I'm seeking a skilled SharePoint developer to add a new section labeled NOTES to our SharePoint list, "WARRANTIES", This section is meant to enable:
- Additional commenting: Including the capability to add both text and images. Different people in our organization can go to one of the items in the list - in this case a warranty case, and make comments. Sometimes multiple people in our organization speak to customers on a warranty case and I would like each person to be able to add a "Note" or a "comment" regarding this specific case that would be timestamped, and show the person who created this note, which everyone involved in the case could view.
Key features for the Power Notes section will include:
- Implementing an 'additional comments' functionality which allows added text and images.
- Displaying the Power Notes as a separate column on the SharePoint list.
The ideal candidate should have excellent coding skills and prior experience with SharePoint development and customization. Experience with UI/UX would be beneficial, focusing on user-friendly implementations for managing and viewing comments. Knowledge of how to integrate image hosting on SharePoint is crucial.
