Employee Profile & Document Management
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We require an employee document management and profile tool.
We hire employees with multiple certifications, and need to be able to keep copies of these, monitor expiry dates, be warned of upcoming expiry dates, and keep general info (contact next of kin etc).
We need to be able to have following documents in a profile:
- Passport
- Visas (multiple)
- Medical Status and Certificates
- Licences (Multiple)
- Endorsements (multiple)
- Certificates (multiple)
I want clear selectable data options for each category plus “other”.
In terms of personal data, name, DoB, NOK etc all standard info, plus option to upload photo.
We want the employee/ candidate to add all data and upload these documents themselves maybe via an MS Form or similar and then us to be able to easily review and approve/verify.
Must be totally cloud based, and we want to use readily available tools. Prefer O365 sharepoint etc.
We need to be able to generate various reports with the data.
A later project will be a rostering and assignment tool for these employees - so must be built with this in mind.
