Document Management System Design

I'm looking for a freelancer who can build a robust document management system for my organization. The system should be able to handle a high volume of users, over 50. It will primarily be used for managing text documents, so having a strong foundation for handling this type of content is critical.

Key Features:
- File Management: The system should have powerful storage and organization capabilities. This will allow users to easily store, retrieve, and organize their documents.
- Version Control: It's important that the system provides version control for the documents. This feature will help in keeping track of changes made to the documents and retrieving previous versions if needed.
