A highly experienced DocuSign freelancer is sought to configure a fully responsive, secure, and compliance-ready KYC form. The project involves converting a structured Word document into a DocuSign template, utilizing built-in Identify features for government-issued ID verification.
The form will be used in a highly regulated environment, where precision, security, and adherence to data validation standards are critical. No custom development or API work is required—this is a configuration-centric engagement within DocuSign's Enhanced Plan feature set.
Scope of Work:
- Convert a structured KYC Word document into a professionally configured DocuSign template
- Tag all fields accurately, including names, dates, initials, checkboxes, text entries, and signatures
- Ensure responsive usability across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Configure DocuSign Identify to enforce ID verification (passport, national ID, or driver’s license)
- Apply required field validations and conditional logic (if applicable)
- Set up recipient routing and role management (e.g., signer, reviewer)
- Conduct end-to-end testing and quality assurance
- Deliver the final template with documentation or a brief handover guide
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience designing complex DocuSign templates
- Hands-on experience configuring identity verification using DocuSign Identify
- Solid understanding of compliance-conscious form design

Preferred Qualifications:
