Develop SharePoint/Teams Sites & Document Libraries with Approvals and Automation in GCC High
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
We are currently hosting SharePoint and Teams in Microsoft's GCC High FedRAMP cloud and we would like to create departmental sites, both internal and external, document libraries, with some approval and automation flows.
We'd like each department to have an internal Teams site for collaboration and an external SharePoint site for company-wide or access controlled internal access.
We need some document libraries created and properly configured to group and sort based on the pertinent metadata.
We will also need to have some automated approvals and document flows for documents being submitted to certain libraries.
Some document management needs include versioning and draft to publish approval flows..
Security and access control will also be of high importance. Experience in both areas is important. Experience with Office 365 Document Labeling and Classification would be helpful as would experience with Rights Management although not required.
GCC High is quite different than the commercial cloud, so it would be very beneficial if you have experience working within GCC High as well as knowledge of the differences which can be crucial.
We have many ideas and would like someone who is able to gather the important details and requirements, help organize and map it, distill that down to a plan then execute.
After the initial phase, there will likely be further opportunity for additional work as the project leads to more requirements.
Integration with our on-premises Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central instance or other services throughout the infrastructure may also be desirable in the future, but should not be required for this phase of the project.
