Custom SharePoint Modern Pages and Site Template

I am looking for a freelancer who can create custom SharePoint Modern Pages and a Site Template for my internal team collaboration site. The project will require the following:
I have the design for the template. Initially, I just home page to be developed and later on I need a Site template to be developed from the same design.
- Custom branding and design: I have specific preferences for the color scheme and design style, which should be incorporated into the site.
