Crew Document Management
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
We employ people onboard ships, they have many documents and certificates that we need to monitor and maintain, as well as keeping track of their important info.
We need a document management tool to do this. Our employees need to be able to upload their certificates, and fill their information and we then need to be asked to verify it. If documents are expiring (within defined periods) we need alerts. We need to be able to print reports.
Document classes:
- Passport(s)
- Visas
- Licences
- Medical
- Certificates
Personal info such as name address contact info, next of kin, bank details etc.
The tool to be totally online. Prefer using SharePoint and power automate for this.
We need to be able to built it out in the future, eg add payroll module, rostering or training management.
