I am looking for a freelancer to create a simple Helpdesk Ticketing system that will be used for internal purposes only. The ideal candidate will have experience with Sharepoint, Powerapps and Power Automate.
Features and requirements for the system are open to suggestions, but some initial ideas have already been considered. As the system will be used by a small team of 1-10 users, it should be easy to use and navigate.
The Helpdesk Ticketing system should allow us to track issues and respond to them efficiently. It should have a user-friendly interface and allow us to customize fields to meet our needs.
