Create a sharepoint extranet site template for Food Brands to include videos,

We have 5 brands and hence it will be a central Site for all news related to the holding company and then divided into sub-sites for their brand-specific content and information.

Sharepoint Lookbook has all of the info present
However i am not finding the time to complete the same, which is why i am looking for somebody to help me out.

Please let me know the time frame you would require or the total amount you would charge for this kind of project.
