Create an expenses application with PowerApps canevas

I would like to create a power application apps close to the sample proposed by microsoft neverhteless connected with a sharepoint list and making some adjustment. This application must be able to be linked with an employee database stored in dataverse. The main table will contain the following attributes (expenses name, expenses description, expenses requested by, type of expense, transportation type, number of kilometer, amount, approved, approved by, calulate amout per kilometer).
