Create MS Word Templates(Cover) using Office 365 & upload in Sharepoint

I am looking for a freelancer who can create MS Word cover templates using Office 365 and upload them in SharePoint.

Cover Template:
- I need a simple and professional cover template for my project.

Design Elements and Branding:
- I do not have any specific design elements or branding that I want to incorporate in the template.

Functionality:
- I do not require any specific functionality built into the template, just a standard template.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

6.Inclusion of security classifications
7.Review ribbons for unnecessary designs and make consistent throughout
