Create Sharepoint PowerAutomate Flow

Need a new Power Automate flow created on SharePoint site DOCUMENT folder that sends an email to a group of Approvers, and then allows any two of the group of users to approve that added file to the folder. So once the file is approved by 2 users in the approvers group, then the file changes from pending to approved.
