Create a PowerShell Script to find and replace the old URLS in the SharePoint 2019 on Premises environment

This is NOT a SharePoint online task.
Old Environment: SharePoint 2013 on-premise
New Environment: SharePoint 2019 on-premise

We migrated SharePoint 2013 on-premise to SharePoint 2019 on-premise
SharePoint 2013 URL: https://sp13org.intranet.com
SharePoint 2019 URL: https://sp19imag.inranet.com

URLs are not updated in the new 2019 environment.
The old URLs are in the following places:
Lists
Document Library columns
Pages
Content Editor Webpart
Site Assets Library
Scripts

So we need to find out where the old URL still exists.
Like in which list, document library, or page the old URL still exists.

So, we need to run the PowerShell script in II phases
Phase I
I need a power shell script to do the following:
1) Search for all old URLs
2) Create the CSV file that how many old URLs still exist in the SharePoint Site Collection.
3)The CSV file should display the names of lists, pages, and CEWP where the old URLs still exist.

Phase II.
PowerShell Script which replace all old url in the new SharePoint 2019 site.

Skills and experience:
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint 2013
- Familiarity with SharePoint on-premises environments

Project requirements:
- Develop a PowerShell script to find and replace old URLs in SharePoint 2019
- Complete list of old URLs will be provided
- Project must be completed within a week
