Create MS PowerAutomate flow to take a MS Form or Formstack submission create a new task in MS Planner, new rows in two smartsheets and email specific users

I would like a MS PowerAutomate flow to trigger with a MS Form or Formstack submission and do the following:
- Create a task with a due date and assigned user in MS Planner
- Create a new row in two separate smartsheets based on checkbox responses on the original form
- Email specific users based on checkbox responses on the original form
- Send a reminder to a specific user based on checkbox responses on the original form
