Create a Power Automate Flow

I have a SharePoint form and I need to create an approval workflow and send an email to the approver with some fields most fields read-only; Please see the notes listed below.

columns:
Product Release - Choice (Release 21.1, 21.2)
Product Application - Choice (choice 1, 2,3)
Date Tested - date field
Tester - people lookup
Test Status - Choice (Go, No-Go)
Test Results Notes - multiple line text field
Manager - App Approval lookup
The Product Release is: Choice (Go, No-Go)
Reason - multiple line text field (only required if "No-Go" is selected by the Manager

Approval email sent to Manager linked to item: (All new item form fields listed above are read-only)

The manager will select (Go or No-Go) Go means approved, No-go means declined or not approved
The Product Release is: Choice field (Go, No-Go)
