Create a Power App to Extract Metadata from Filename

I'm in need of a professional adept at Power Automate and SharePoint to build an application that automates PDF document processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing a SharePoint application compatible with Power Automate
Primary Task:
- The main function of the application will revolve around the automation of processing PDF files.
Specific Operations:
- The chosen professional will be expected to create a Power App that will copy the company name from a standardised file name (e.g. Form 123_Change of Director_Example Co Pty Ltd.pdf') and paste it to a metadata field (e.g. Company Name) in SharePoint. The Power App should have a manual trigger to begin, and should be able to operate over 100 or more files at a time (so an exception handler should be incorporated).
Skills and Experience:
- Sound knowledge of and experience with Power Automate & SharePoint
- Ability to process PDF files and manage metadata
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
