Create 01 Form with features on PowerApps

We have Sharepoint List, and we need create PowerApps forms with features,
like droplist (list) ,
droplist(querytable),
droplist(add if not have),
Input Editable (autoquery on table while writing),
form should be able in tab mode... tab 1 (contains 2 inputs, 2 droplist), tab 2 (contains 3 selects), tab 3 (option to upload files.
send 2 email to 2 diferents group , according selections, where click on submit.
