Create Dashboard in Power BI

Require a dashboard for my projects that links to;
- Microsoft Projects
- Microsoft Planner
- Microsoft Dynamics 365
This would need to be a template, as well as a 'how to guide' in order to link the templates to the project information. This way when new projects come online other people in my company can carry out a copy of the template created.
