Convert Sharepoint Designer 2013 flow to Power Automate 365
Budget: £10 – £30 GBP
I have a travel request application which is a sharepoint list, it uses a Sharepoint Designer 2013 workflow to run the process. The process flow goes like this;
User submits a travel request via PowerApp (You won't need to work on this), it is just a user facing UI that shows the sharepoint list.
An email is sent to the travel request team first, they then edit the list item and add in the cost field and save, this then triggers an email to the Approver (One of the list columns which looks up against 365) and the approver has a link in the email which takes them to the item workflow page where they edit the item to see the Approve, Decline buttons.
Based on their action it then sends the user an email saying its approved or declined and CC's in the travel team to then go ahead and book the travel if Approved.
I want to convert this into Power Automate Flow so that requests can be processed directly in 365 Outlook and approved in the email rather than going to a workflow link for deprecated 2010 workflows, it just looks messy.
I did try and create a PW Flow before however because the list item requires modifying first by the travel team by entering the cost, the flow needs to know that it needs to trigger again once modified and this seemed more straight forward in SP designer 2013 than it does in PA flow.
I only need the solution flow, I know how to use Flow so don't need remote assistance or anything.
Thankyou,
