Configure SharePoint Device Channels for mobile -- 2

We've all just returned to the office after our annual holiday season. We could not move on this project in December because everyone was shutting down.
It is critical that we get this done before the end of this month, so let's see if anyone is up for the challenge.

Public facing SharePoint 2019 on-premises. We need assistance configuring the device channels to allow anonymous access to the public-facing site from a mobile device. We use many custom webparts, which are mobile friendly. The normal view is perfect, but we cannot get the mobile environment to display all of the parts correctly. We only get the attached image. Can you help?
Please note that we DO NOT NEED a web developer. We need someone who understands SharePoint configuration and who has experience with configuring SharePoint Device Channels. You MUST understand how to configure Anonymous Access for Device Channels
The person who gets the work MUST understand the SharePoint Device Channels settings in Site Settings and must have configured mobile access for SharePoint already.
