Hello! We are an Audio Visual company looking for a skilled Power Apps & SharePoint professional to create an app to help manage AV technician tasks (jobs). The main focus here is a user-friendly and highly functional app and site that can streamline our internal processes and improve data management.
This work entails:
1. Creation of a PowerApp to facilitate on-site job documentation workflow. That includes: job list, documentation, photo, text, equipment, barcode, time tracking, costs, notes, client's sign-off, task history, attachments, etc.
2. SharePoint data repository
3. SharePoint site to create projects, assign and manage tasks, monitor progress, manage permissions (many clients, many projects, many locations, many technitians scenario)
4. Automation for maintenance scheduling (i.e. create automatically a job as per project's interval)
5. Internal reporting, external reporting (with limited details)
6. User-friendly interface
