Clipboard Monitoring Service for Windows

I'm looking for a Windows service program that monitors the clipboard for a specific text and performs actions based on it.

Key Requirements:
- The text in the clipboard will specify a trigger keyword and file path. The operation will only be triggered when the entire clipboard matches the trigger keyword and file path, otherwise the clipboard will remain untouched.
- The program needs to be able to open various types of files including text files, image files, and any other file types (including those linked to SharePoint).
- The program should let Windows Explorer take care of the associated applications and just launch the file.
- Once the program opens a file, it should empty the clipboard.
- There shouldn't be any feedback or notifications when a file is opened.
- Must be able to be triggered when the clipboard is copied from inside a RemoteApp or Remote Desktop session.
- Compatibility with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
- Must come with an installer and be a complete package including dependencies. Installer should preferrably NSIS.
