We are looking to setting up a Chatbot accessible on our sharepoint.
The principle : Implementation of a Chatbot solution (semantics), allowing employees' questions to be answered on the basis of documents (FAQ, etc.) including the documentary database on sharepoint.
Creation of the FAQ and indexing of documents, scoping meeting, creation of the avatar (welcome message, logo, personality), development and experimentation then launch.
