CVA SharePoint Site

I manage a small Physician Office and we use the Microsoft 365 Office product. I need to talk with someone who can help me understand how to manage tasks and projects for employees, how to share documents (I have used Dokuwiki), reference materials, track patient issues, etc. I want to do Zoom calls and talk about how to use SharePoint effectively.
