Build me an online fillable and editable form
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have a personal objective to collect detailed information from employees.
The aim of collecting employee information is for knowledge management use.
I listed 11 different sections that are mostly found in regulars resumes.
I assume that I will need to create a small fillable form or website.
I also think a login landing page are also needed in order to make employee page can be editable for future updated.
I am not sure what is needed to make this site work, for example the database where data will be stored.
I have access to onedrive, googledrive, sharepoint if needed.
