Build form that is connected to a database
Budget: €250 – €750 EUR
We would like to have a form created on a microsoft from or powerapp application that is connected to an sharepoint database.
The goal would be to create a check in check-out form for our starters. They will fill in their name and email address and at that point, the information should be fetched based on those two unique identifiers.
Afterwards when they want to change anything they can go into the form again and fill in these credentials where the form will populate that information from the database.
If the user changes anything it will populate that data in the database with a change date.
Emails should be sent out for each change that is done.
