Build a client and staff onboarding process with MS power automate

I’d like to automate the process of on boarding new clients from-

Sending them an MS form to complete intake info

Once the form is completed, automating the relevant tasks in MS planner and assigning.

Using the info from the intake form to automatically populate some of the info needed in contracts the client needs to sign.

Having all the files signed by the client and the intake form automatically saved in MS sharepoint

Automatically sending the client some on boarding info once documents and contract has been signed
