Build SharePoint Contract Registers & Guide
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm in need of an experienced SharePoint developer who can create a contract register within my company's SharePoint environment. The register should include the following fields:
- Contract Name
- Contract start and end dates
- Supplier Name
- ABN
- Contract Manager
- Category of Services
- First Nations Supplier (yes or no)
- Total Contact Value ex gst
- Add Attachment (to upload contracts)
The register should be user-friendly and easy to navigate. In particular, I would like a custom form for inputting the contract information. The form should have a 'click button' functionality for ease of data entry. I would like the gallery view to be used to show in an easy to read card style view, when contracts will be expiring. I would like red to indicate expiry within 30 days, yellow within 60 days and 90 days plus should be green indicating nothing to do for now. I would also like auto emails to be generated and an easy way for me to update the email that gets sent to the contract manager indicating work needs to be done to renew the contract. I'd like a weekly status update also if there are contracts falling within that 60 to 30 day gaps.
Once the register is set up, I would like the developer to provide me with a comprehensive 'how-to' guide on using the registers. This guide should be clear and concise, and should also include instructions on how I can replicate the setup in my client's SharePoint environment ie what code to extract?
Ideal skills for this job would include:
- Advanced SharePoint knowledge, with a proven track record of setting up lists, forms, and Power Automate workflows
- Experience in creating user-friendly and efficient forms for data entry
- Strong communication skills, as the 'how-to' guide will need to be well-written and easy to follow.
- Experience in training or documentation would be a bonus, as the guide should be written with a non-technical audience in mind.
If you are confident in your abilities with SharePoint and can provide a detailed plan for how you will approach this project, I would love to hear from you.
Lowest cost and quickest return will get the job. Please give me an example of your prior work.
