Build a Quality Communication Dashboard with Power BI and automate processes in MS Teams

I am looking for an expert in MS Teams and Power BI to automate workflows and develop a Quality Dashboard and company wide go to resource in SharePoint. I oversee quality for a global sports and outdoors company. We receive feedback from multiple sources such as online reviews, customer returns, call centers, warehouses, service/warranty centers and suppliers. Providing quick information turnaround and corrective actions to support customer and consumer services is a critical function of our group.
Our company is pro MS Teams and all apps are available. We have been migrating our data from a shared drive to Teams and now I need an expert to apply structure and automation to that data. Another big part of this project is the development of a Quality SharePoint site to serve as a communication tool and go to resource for things like problem reporting and resolution, troubleshooting, service bulletins, government regulations, customer requirements, quality metrics, scrap/return rates and supplier performance.
I have the data and I need your help to present it in a way it is accessible and user friendly.
