Build a Power Automate Flow for job interview panel

Problem trying to solve. Consultant holding interviews for candidates for a couple of jobs. I would like a couple of flow designs that would auto-generate score sheets for interviews and applications—the concept using MS Forms or some other MS app. We can just enter the applicant's name etc and the score for each category and the forms it triggers flow and auto-generated the score sheet in Word which tabulates the score and then the next action the Word Document is converted to a PDF action in a flow and auto-emailed to the interviewer. We have a lot of candidates for the job so we are trying to find an efficient way to score the interviews and applications.
