Build Out Workflow and Action

Here is what I am looking to do. I want to use Airtable with MS OFFICE 365. I have some screenshots to illustrate what I need plus I would like to link with Outlook Calendar and sync to Google Drive. My goal is to get all my folders and assets organized with links if I need to send them out quickly.
