Build an Employee Directory for SharePoint Intranet

I am looking for a freelancer to build an employee directory for our SharePoint intranet. The directory should have the following features:

- Basic contact information for each employee
- Employee photos and bios
- Search and filter functionality

I am open to suggestions regarding the layout of the directory, but it should be user-friendly. Our organization has between 50-100 employees.
